Human beings have always been curious about the physical world and trying to understand it. With continuing technological advances, computing is now deeply embedded into everyday life and interacting with the physical world. They monitor and understand the physical world and provide appropriate reactions. This cyber-physical interaction has the potential to transform how humans understand and interact with the physical world. Systems featuring a tight combination of, and coordination between, the system’s computational and physical elements are broadly called cyber physical systems. In this talk, we will discuss cyber physical systems and why computing will continue to be a driving force for the smart new world.
